Who you are buying from

Agarwal Home Comforts, an authorised dealer of the brands on this website, in Visakhapatnam since 2007. Our details are at the end of this page.

Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The MRP is shown for comparison. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place the order, plus the delivery fee shown there.

If a price on the website is plainly wrong, we'll call you before dispatch: you can go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Showroom prices can differ from online prices.

Orders

After you order, we call or WhatsApp you to confirm the delivery date. If we can't supply an item (for example, the brand has discontinued it), we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Payment

Pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, EMI), or pay on delivery by UPI, card or cash. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details.

Warranty

Every product carries its brand's official warranty, on the brand's terms. We help you with warranty claims: call or WhatsApp us.

Product details

Descriptions, sizes and photos come from the brands' own catalogues. Colours on screen can look slightly different, and sizes are nominal. Ask us if anything matters for your room.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Visakhapatnam have jurisdiction.
