Cancelling

Cancel free of charge any time before dispatch, and get a full refund. Call or WhatsApp us with your order number.

Returns

• Mattresses and pillows can't be returned once used, for hygiene reasons.
• Damaged in transit: we replace it at no cost. Please tell us when it's delivered.
• Manufacturing defects are covered by the brand's warranty. We arrange the brand's inspection and help you through the claim.
• Anything else: call or WhatsApp us and we'll do our best to help.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the cancellation. If you paid on delivery in cash, we refund by UPI or bank transfer.
