Where we deliver

Within 30 km (straight-line distance) of our main showroom in Dwaraka Nagar. Further away? WhatsApp us and we'll see what we can do.

Delivery fee

• Up to 10 km: free.
• 10–30 km: ₹50 for every kilometre (or part of one) beyond 10 km. For example, 14.2 km costs ₹250.
• The fee is worked out from your PIN code (or your location, if you share it) and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery date

After you order, we call or WhatsApp you to confirm a delivery date that suits you. Some items are made to order by the brand, so the date depends on the product.

Installation

Free. Our own team delivers, installs and takes the packaging away. Please make sure someone is home and that large items can get in (lift, stairs, doors); tell us about any access issues when we call.

Check on delivery

Please check your order when it arrives and tell us straight away if anything was damaged in transit. We'll replace it.
