Marketplace and third-party sellers, bank or card cashback, and clearance or display pieces are excluded, with one claim per order.

Yes. Pay a refundable ₹2,000 token and your quoted price is locked. The token is adjusted in your final bill, and refunded in full if you cancel. We deliver and set up before your griha pravesam or wedding date.

The warranty is given by the brand, and we help you with the claim. Call or WhatsApp us photos of the problem with your bill, and we'll take it up with the brand. Keep the bill and warranty card safe, because brands usually ask for both.

Many brand warranties don't cover stains or liquid damage. A breathable waterproof protector keeps your mattress clean and your warranty safe.

Yes, free. We take your old mattress away when we deliver the new one. It's a pickup service, so there's no trade-in value for the old mattress.

Yes. We order custom sizes through the brands. Send us your cot's inside length and width, or a photo with a tape measure across it, and we'll tell you which models can be made to fit.

Both showrooms are open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8:30 PM, and closed on Sunday.
