Let them try it first

Worth checking before you choose
- Bed height: your parent should be able to sit on the edge with feet flat on the floor. Measure the cot height before you visit.
- Firmness: orthopedic mattresses are designed for firm support; some people prefer medium-firm. If a doctor has advised a firmness, tell us.
- Recliner mechanism: it differs from model to model, so let your parents try a few and pick the one they find easiest.
- Pillows: height is personal. Try a few in the showroom.
Set up and explained at home
Our own trained team delivers and sets up the mattress and recliner, shows your parents how the recliner works, and takes the packaging and the old mattress away.
Questions
Will an orthopedic mattress fix back pain?
We can't promise that, and no honest shop can. Orthopedic mattresses are designed for firm support. If a doctor has advised a particular firmness, tell us and we'll show you mattresses that match it.
Can my parents try the recliner before we buy?
Yes. They can try the recliners on display in the showroom, or see more options on a WhatsApp video call.
Will someone show them how to use it?
Yes. When our team sets up the recliner at home, they show your parents how it works.
I live abroad. Can I arrange this for my parents?
Yes. With our NRI parents' package you choose on a video call, pay by link, and we send you photos once everything is set up.
How can we pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, EMI (no-cost EMI on select purchases) or cash.
