Why buying from an authorised dealer matters

A mattress warranty can run for years. To honour a claim, brands generally ask for the original invoice and the warranty card, and they may refuse a claim for a product bought from an unauthorised seller.

When you buy from an authorised dealer, the product comes through the brand's own channel, with the paperwork the brand expects.

Our main showroom in Dwaraka Nagar displays all seven brands; the Centuary Exclusive store in Resapuvanipalem displays Centuary only. Both are open Mon–Sat, 10 AM–8:30 PM, and closed on Sundays.

How do I know the product is genuine?

We're an authorised dealer for every brand we sell, and each product comes with the brand's warranty card and our GST invoice. Keep both safe for any warranty claim.

Will the brand honour the warranty if I buy from you?

Yes, under the brand's warranty terms. A purchase from an authorised dealer, with the invoice and warranty card, is what brands ask for, and we help with warranty claims too.

What should I keep after delivery?

The GST invoice and the warranty card. A photo of each on your phone helps as well.

Who do I contact if there's a problem after delivery?

Us. Just call or WhatsApp +91 79937 77119, Mon–Sat 10 AM–8:30 PM, and we'll help you with the warranty claim with the brand.
